Technical Support - Oeiras (Portugal)

Full Time/ On-Site/ Relocation Package



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-quality support to app developers using the client’s platform (email & chat).

  • Handle escalations and appeals related to actions taken on developers’ apps.

  • Simplify complex technical issues and communicate them clearly in writing.

  • Conduct detailed research and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Assist in maintaining and curating app store data and policies.

  • Ensure developers receive timely, empathetic, and policy-aligned guidance.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Turkish (oral and written).

  • Intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).

  • Comfort with multitasking and technical issue resolution.

  • Attention to detail and experience with customer-facing platforms is a plus.
