

Technical Support - Oeiras (Portugal)
Full Time/ On-Site/ Relocation Package
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high-quality support to app developers using the client’s platform (email & chat).
Handle escalations and appeals related to actions taken on developers’ apps.
Simplify complex technical issues and communicate them clearly in writing.
Conduct detailed research and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist in maintaining and curating app store data and policies.
Ensure developers receive timely, empathetic, and policy-aligned guidance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Turkish (oral and written).
Intermediate level of English (B2).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).
Comfort with multitasking and technical issue resolution.
Attention to detail and experience with customer-facing platforms is a plus.
