

Customer Support - Lisbon (Portugal)
Full Time/ On-Site/ Relocation Package
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).
Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.
Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Spanish.
Intermediate level of English (B2).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.
