Customer Support - Lisbon (Portugal)

Full Time/ On-Site/ Relocation Package

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide responsive and professional support to business customers across communication platforms (Phone, Email, Chat).

  • Assist clients with account-related queries, including identity verification and account information confirmation.

  • Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions tailored to customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and updates in internal systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish.

  • Intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.

  • Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and resolve issues independently.
