DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set and manage expectations by providing clear and accurate product and service information.
Organize, update, and maintain documentation and customer records.
Communicate with customers via digital channels (email, chat, etc.) to provide details, process requests, resolve concerns, and collect information.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Italian (oral and written).
Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2-C1).
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms.
Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues with guidance.
Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask.
