Customer Support - Braga (Portugal)

Full Time/ Hybrid/ Relocation Package

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set and manage expectations by providing clear and accurate product and service information.

  • Organize, update, and maintain documentation and customer records.

  • Communicate with customers via digital channels (email, chat, etc.) to provide details, process requests, resolve concerns, and collect information.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Italian (oral and written).

  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2-C1).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms.

  • Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues with guidance.

  • Well-organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask.
