Customer Support - Lisbon (Portugal)

Full Time/ Hybrid/ Relocation Package

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and moderate content posted on social media platforms to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.

  • Review various types of content (videos, audio, comments, links, suggested content, etc.) for compliance.

  • Tag and handle content that violates policies, ensuring platform integrity and safety.

  • Ensure that content is moderated in line with community guidelines to protect younger and vulnerable users.

  • Provide detailed reports and feedback to improve the moderation process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).

  • Intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable reviewing sensitive or explicit content.

  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
