Advertising Support - Lisbon (Portugal)

Full Time/ Hybrid/ Relocation Package

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support on social media advertisers with post-sales assistance and troubleshooting.

  • Address advertiser queries through multiple channels, including chat, email, and outbound calls.

  • Identify trends and resolve technical issues to improve advertisers' experience.

  • Provide guidance on social media tools and features to optimize ad campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve flagged issues effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).

  • Intermediate level of English (B2).

  • Strong analytical and customer service skills.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools or social media advertising platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
