

Advertising Support - Lisbon (Portugal)
Full Time/ Hybrid/ Relocation Package
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support on social media advertisers with post-sales assistance and troubleshooting.
Address advertiser queries through multiple channels, including chat, email, and outbound calls.
Identify trends and resolve technical issues to improve advertisers' experience.
Provide guidance on social media tools and features to optimize ad campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve flagged issues effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in Hebrew (oral and written).
Intermediate level of English (B2).
Strong analytical and customer service skills.
Experience with digital marketing tools or social media advertising platforms is a plus.
Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
