Czech Customer Support – Greece with Relocation Package
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
Handle and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
Provide high-quality support while representing a global brand
Troubleshoot issues related to mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
Assist customers with account access, security, and password management
Coordinate repairs for hardware-related issues
Escalate complex cases to second-level support teams
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in Czech
Advanced level of English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Technical affinity (experience with iOS, macOS, or similar is a plus)
Previous customer support experience is an advantage
